It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.

Where’s my order?

Once you’ve received your dispatch email from us, you can track your order live. Just grab your order number and put it in the ‘Track your order’ on menu.

How do I return my order?

Easy! First, repack the item with all the tags still attached. Then, stick the returns label found on your delivery note over your address on the bag.

Finally, post it off! Make sure you get proof of postage and keep it safe!

What’s your returns policy?

If you need to return something, make sure all the tags are on, and the item is exactly as you received it. You need to get it back to us within 28 days from the date on your dispatch note. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non-refundable, and we ask that you try on swimwear and lingerie over your own underwear and keep the seal intact.
The shipping costs are charged to the customer, in case of errors or defects on the part of BOCCELI, the pickup of the product at the customer’s address is free within the European Union borders.

REFUNDS

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. You will receive an email confirming your account has been credited once your refund is processed.

REQUEST THE ORDER CANCELLATION:

Orders in the “Payment completed” or “Processing” phase will be canceled free of charge and fully refunded if the order is not shipped to your address within 4 working weeks maximum from the confirmation day. In case of premature cancellation, a partial refund of 80% of the total order amount will be sent to the customer, this to cover the costs and fees of the transaction to the partner who processes the payments and management.
