BOCCELI is a marketplace where private sellers (partners) can sell their items, the insertion and the request for sale is free, commissions are applied after the sale, consult the “terms of sale” (+ Sell) for more information.

3. Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website may vary from time to time and BOCCELI is not bound by the price until BOCCELI has accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. The prices may also vary between the physical store and the Website. If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the shipping confirmation), we will notify you by e-mail about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. BOCCELI always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order we will refund you the amount of the purchase. Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. Please note that BOCCELI does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by phone or by e-mail. If we already have received payment for such product we will refund you the amount of the purchase.

8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. FirstClub – Terms of participation
1. Scope
These participation conditions apply to the “FirstClub” membership. (From here onwards, the terms “membership” and / or “subscription” and / or “member” refer to “FirstClub”). Our Terms and Conditions will also apply, unless otherwise specified in these Terms of Participation. The contractual partner specified in the Terms and Conditions is also the contract partner of the “FirstClub” membership.

2.5. FirstClub will be active right after receiving the Member Code. 4. Duration and Cancellation
4.1 FirstClub is an unlimited contract for the performance of a continuous obligation (subscription): the subscription can be terminated with the notice of 1 day before the end of the enrollment period (365 days from the date of Beginning of contract validity). 4.2. We have the right to cancel your subscription with the obligation of three months notice if the “FirstClub” promotion is canceled. You have the right to cancel your registration without giving notice of the benefits of the “FirstClub” (see clause 3.1.). If your subscription is canceled for these reasons before the expiration date, you are entitled to a refund to a proportional share of the annual subscription (5)
4.3. Both parties have the right to cancel without notice if they have valid reasons to do so. For our part, the reasons may include, but are not limited to, your cancellation of your user account or gross violation by you of the contract. In these circumstances, the right to redemption will be less.
4.4 We may offer test or promotional registrations to certain customers at our discretion. Test or promotional registrations are subject to the same conditions, unless otherwise stipulated. Test or promotional registrations are free and end automatically. After the end of the test or free registration, the registration can continue according to the terms of section 4.1, confirming the entry through its customer account or contact customer service.
4.5 You can purchase a gift voucher that can be used by a third party. 4.6 The ownership of additional bonus items will be transferred once the revocation period has ended. 5. Membership fee
The registration fees are payable each year on the FirstClub page. Every year, BOCCELI will automatically charge the registration fee due to the customer’s payment method. 6. Modifications to Participation Conditions
